Grafton 275th Anniversary Cookbook Recipes Needed

Do you have a favorite recipe that you make all the time and that you're always giving out to friends? Maybe there is something you make all the time from your head and there is no recipe and you've always meant to write it down? Have a real simple item that you can whip together from nothing at all? A recipe that you only make once a year because it takes forever, but is worth the time and trouble to make it? The Grafton Garden Club wants to know about it. Just in time for Grafton's 275th anniversary in 2010, the Grafton Garden Club is going to create a cookbook of Grafton recipes. Any resident, past or present can submit recipes. Please send your recipes for inclusion in this cookbook to Grafton Garden Club, PO Box 453, Grafton, MA 01519 or email them to cookbook@graftongardenclub.org. Include a picture of your recipe, if possible, and be sure to include your name for credit in the cookbook. The cookbook will have an index by recipe title, ingredients, and submitter name. There are currently sections for Breads, Condiments and Sauces, Drinks (Alcoholic and Non), Appetizers, Salads, Soups, Vegetables, Entrees (Beef, Lamb, Pork, Poultry, Seafood, and Vegetarian), and of course, Deserts. Even if your recipe is not one of those categories, send it in anyway and maybe you'll create a new category! The deadline for submissions is March 1, 2010.
