Grafton Garden Club Activities at Grafton Celebrates the Holidays

On Sunday, December 7, 2008, the Grafton Garden Club will be at the Harvest Community Barn, 37 Wheeler Road, North Grafton along with other non-profit organizations. At the Club’s table on the ground floor, the Club will have the “Grafton Gardens 2009 Calendars” for sale. Proceeds from the sale of the calendars benefit the Scholarship and Grant fund that the Club uses for student’s and teacher’s educational pursuit of soil science, botany, horticulture, and the environment. The Boxwood trees from the December 2 workshop will be on display for visitors to vote for. The top vote-getters will win prizes. Downstairs, the Club will be helping kids make birdfeeders. While supplies last, kids can pick a wooden animal shape created by Tom Knapp and create a reusable birdfeeder.
