The Grafton Garden Club Held Their Annual Meeting and Tea

The Grafton Garden Club recently held its annual meeting and tea at the Harvest Barn on Wheeler Road in Grafton to end the 2005-2006 year. This marked the 75th anniversary of the club. The club exchanged house plants this year and provided donations to Abbyís House in Worcester, as has become a regular tradition in June for the Club. Along with members of the Grafton Garden Club, a special dignitary of the town attended the meeting. The Club was joined by Charles Bolack for the festivities, and he even gave his own speech after sitting through the business portion of the meeting and the historical perspective presentation. Officers for next year were re-elected as follows: Deborah as President; Dawn as Vice President; and Helen as Secretary. Elaine was elected Treasurer for the 2006-2007 year.
