Community Day Thank You

Grafton Community Day was a great success! If you were driving around town that day it was hard to miss the yellow highway bags and the people who turned out to clean up the town. The Grafton Garden Club would like to thank the following sponsors:

Rose Sponsors ($500+): Yesod Foundation;
Lily Sponsors ($300+): Wyman-Gordon Company, Perrault Nurseries, Sir Loins Butchery and Catering;
Violet Sponsors ($100+): RE/MAX - The Christensen Team, Grafton Education Alliance, Millbury National Bank, Millbury Savings Bank, SuperCuts, the Town of Grafton, HomeQuest Mortgage, Inc., Grafton Suburban Credit Union;
Buttercup Sponsors ($25+): The Saddle Shed, Tender Touch Landscape & Construction, Target, Millbury, Richard & Dawn Geoffroy, A Time For Memories, A M Appliance Service & Parts, Carry-It-Off, With Style!, Edward & Elizabeth Dinaro

These generous sponsors helped make Grafton Community Day a reality - please give them your thanks and patronage.

The Grafton Garden Club would also like to thank all of the clean up teams. Grafton Community Day would not have been as great a success without all the great work from everyone involved! The Grafton Garden Club distributed over 230 trash bags. That's 230 trash bags full of garbage (and tires, junk, and all sorts of strange things) that no longer litter our roadways. You should be proud of your efforts.

Additionally, a special thank-you to the members of the Grafton Garden Club, The Grafton Education Alliance, HomeQuest Mortgage, Sir Loins Butchery and Catering, the Town of Grafton (Cindy Ide, Roger Hammond, Beth, Al and Dave), and Helen Rehberg. You were all a pivotal part of Grafton Community Day and The Grafton Garden Club sincerely thanks you for your efforts.

The Grafton Garden Club is a non-profit organization that has members from many area towns. The Club provides scholarships and grants to area schools for the educational pursuit of horticulture.
